Tell us about a bereavement

If you have recently suffered a bereavement and need to notify the council of the details of the deceased person(s), you can do this easily by filling in one form. During this difficult time, you only need to make this one point of contact.

Once completed, the online form can be distributed to any of the following service areas:

1. Electoral registration
2. Housing
3. Housing benefit and council tax support
4. Council tax
5. Business rates
6. Environmental health

The completed form will only be distributed to the service areas which you indicate on the form.
