Music in the Mead

All performances will take place from 1pm to 3pm, with a short interval in the middle:

• Saturday 10 May - Steven Faulkner kicks off the season for Music in the Mead
• Saturday 17 May - Izzy Way, local alternative musician based in Leicestershire
• Saturday 14 June - Macacocious, acoustic alternative rock duo playing the drums and guitar under the bandstand
• Saturday 21 June - Peter Davis, solo artist from the midlands gives an edgy feel to your favourite songs
• Saturday 5 July - Jazzology, 'The Big Band' will perform various jazz hits
• Saturday 26 July - Dean Thomas, a one man tribute to all things swing and jazz
• Saturday 16 August - Sam Southall, solo male artist, covering your favourite classics
• Saturday 30 August - Ukulele Boxvox duo, Andrew and Sam come together to perform a fresh twist on pop covers
• Saturday 6 September - Julie Sings returns to Music in the Mead, giving us our favourite tunes from the 1950s onwards
• Saturday 14 September - Take It From the Top closes our season of Music in the Mead with 1940s classic and some covered classics from Elton John and Tina Turner
