How to comply as a business or employee
Employers, managers and those in charge of premises and vehicles covered by legislation in the Health Act 2006 need to:
- Display 'no smoking' signs at all entrances to the premises, including staff entrances
- Ensure that all work vehicles also display 'no smoking' signs
- Take reasonable steps to ensure that no one smokes on their premises
