Who is involved in the partnership structure?
The partnership is accountable to the Home Office and, ultimately, to the public to deliver its Community Safety Strategy. In order to do this, the partnership has a structure to ensure that it has clear direction and a means to achieve its agreed targets.
Community Safety Partnership Executive board
Overall responsibility for strategic direction

- Police and Crime Commissioner Office
- Leicestershire Fire and Rescue
- Health
- Probation Service
Endeavour Tactical Group
Responsible for delivering actions to meet targets.
This partnership group meets on a fortnightly basis to assess current crime figures, crime trends and emerging crime and disorder problems. It identifies problem areas that impact on crime and disorder targets and allocates problem-solving actions to partnership member organisations.
Joint Action Group (JAG)
This partnership group meets on a monthly basis. It manages high-risk cases of anti-social behaviour and/or vulnerability, including hate incidents and local crime issues through a multi-agency approach.

In order for the work of the partnership to be successful, it works with a number of other groups and agencies such as:
- Housing associations
- Voluntary and community sector organisations
- Business sector
