Housing Needs Study Overview
The Housing Needs Study sets out up-to-date evidence on the type, size and tenure of housing needed in the borough until 2036, including the need for affordable housing. This report will provide support for the next Hinckley & Bosworth Local Plan, 2016 to 2036.
