The Responsive Maintenance Team is situated across the Jubilee Building and The Hub, Hinckley. The team comprises:

• Gary Upton: Housing Repairs Manager
• Simon Owens: Housing Operations Team Leader
• Lois Hodgkins: Performance and Service Development Team Leader
• Eddy West: Senior Maintenance Surveyor
• Beverley Thorp: Property Compliance Officer
• Carla Stagg: Helpdesk and Scheduling Team Leader
