Housing repairs
Making a complaint
We try to get things right first time. However, we appreciate this doesn’t always happen. The following information tells you what to do if you are unhappy with the service you have received, or are currently receiving. We take all complaints seriously and believe we can learn from our mistakes to improve our service in the future.
If you are unhappy about any part of our service, you can contact a member of the team, who will be happy to discuss your concerns. You can contact them by:
- Telephone - 01455 238141 option 1
- Completing the housing repairs contact form
The complexity of your complaint will be assessed and you will be supported throughout the process. We give careful consideration to all complaints and aim to deal with them as swiftly as possible.
If you are still not happy, or you wish to make a formal complaint directly, you can use our formal complaints procedure by following any of these easy stages:
- Complete our online complaints form: visit how to make a complaint or compliment
- Alternatively, you can send us a letter, contact us by telephone, email, in person or you can request a form from us: contact Committee Services
Anonymous complaints will be accepted, but this can make it difficult for further action to be taken.
