Water leaks and blocked drains in council properties
Help if you live in council housing
If you think there is a leak in the property, it is important to find out where the leak is coming from. It could be a problem with the roof, or a leak in a pipe, for example.
If you can't find the source of the leak, please contact Housing Repairs, who will ask you a few questions and arrange for the property to be inspected.
If the leak is coming from the roof
Position a container to catch the water, and report the leak to Housing Repairs.
If the leak is coming from pipe work
