Hinckley & Bosworth Employment Land and Premises Review
The Employment, Land and Premises Review assesses the supply, need and demand for employment land and premises in the borough. There are three key elements to this review:
- An assessment of the economy that will inform the amount, location, type of employment land, and premises required to facilitate its development growth
- A review of the current portfolio of employment land and premises
- Recommendations on the future allocation of employment land and premises
