How do I contact my Tenancy Management Team and what advice is available?
Tenancy management officers are your first port of call for all enquiries regarding your tenancy. More specifically, their role includes the following:
- Working with tenants to ensure that rent arrears are managed and kept to a minimum
- Assisting tenants to live independently, working closely with other agencies (such as social care)
- Working closely with the housing repairs team
- Working closely with residents groups
- Enforcing all tenancy conditions
- Supporting individuals to manage their tenancy agreement
