Register or log in: my housing account
The advantages of creating an online account
We have made logging into your housing account simpler. You can now use the same username and password which you use for your online account (my account).
In my account, you can view all your account information in one place.
You will be able to check your rent, check and request changes to your personal details (and in the near future, you will be able to request a repair). You will also be able to view and manage your council tax, benefits (if applicable).
You can also view:
- Your recent requests
- Your bin day
- Your councillor information
- Follow links to our top tasks, such as paying for your garden waste bin, arranging for a large item collection or reporting a missed bin
