Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) resources:
- Living life to the full (llttf.com) - free online modules, information on workbooks which can be purchased or borrowed from libraries
- Get self help (getselfhelp.co.uk) - information on mindfulness, worksheets and visual prompts/reminders, including 'The worry tree' and 'Emergency Bag or Box'
Self help guides:
- NHS inform (nhsinform.scot) – advice and guides dealing with low mood, anxiety, phobias and stress
- Be mindful (bemindfulonline.com) - what is mindfulness and how mindfulness can help, change the way you think and feel about your experiences and help reduce stressful and anxious experiences
- Free mindfulness project (freemindfulness.org) - guided mediations and relaxation listening aids and exercises, ranging from a few to 45 minutes long
- National self harm network (nshn.co.uk) - help and advice for people who injure or self harm as a way of coping
- Mental health foundation (mentalhealth.org.uk) - free information booklets and resources
