Changing your details
If you have a parking permit, and any of your details change, including your car registration number, you need to update your permit.
The way you update your permit depends on which permit you have:
- Electronic permit: Visit MiPermit (mipermit.com), log in to your account, then click on 'manage digital permits'
- Paper permit: Contact the parking office on 01455 238141
Please note it is your responsibility to update your account details. You should make alternative parking arrangements until your registration number is changed. If you park in one of our car parks without a valid permit, or a ticket, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
Renewing your permit
From Thursday 1 September 2022 we are no longer issuing paper permits, and all permits are now electronic permits.
The way you renew your permit depends on which permit you currently have:
- Electronic permit: Visit MiPermit (mipermit.com), log in to your account, then click on 'manage digital permits'
- Paper permit: Visit MiPermit (mipermit.com) and apply for a new resident season permit
If you have one of our electronic permits and need to renew your permit, please visit your MiPermit account at MiPermits (mipermit.com) and click on 'manage digital permits'.
