Key site - Hinckley Park
Hinckley Park
Hinckley Park is a new, strategically-located business park being delivered by local property company IM Properties Plc. Located adjacent to Junction 1 of the M69 in Hinckley, Leicestershire, and on the border of the East and West Midlands, the park provides direct accessibility to suppliers, skilled labour and the Midlands supply chain.
The site already accommodates the largest automated parcel depot in Europe, operated by DPD, and a 532,500 square feet building occupied by Amazon. The final phase of development at Hinckley Park will be delivered in quarter four 2023, when a three-unit scheme will be completed. This will house local occupier Geosynthetics, who will have a new and bespoke 60,000 square feet facility. Alongside that, there will be two speculative buildings of 47,000 square feet and 340,000 square feet respectively which are suitable for B1 (light industrial), B2 (general industrial) and B8 (storage or distribution) uses.
