It is safe

Your payment card details are directly processed by Capita Software Services which is certified by Visa Europe as a payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 payment processor. More on this standard (pcisecuritystandards.org)

All online card payments are protected by secure socket layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits, which is the highest level commercially available.

You can pay online at any time

If you make a payment over the weekend and on bank holidays, it will be credited to your account the next working day. All payments paid up to 3.30pm (15.30) will be credited to your account on the same day. All payments taken after that will be processed the next working day.

Receipts

You will receive details of your payment on your screen after you make payment. You can print this out as confirmation. If you provide us with an email address we will send confirmation of your payment to your email address.

Pay an invoice

Choose pay an invoice to pay for solo alarms, piper alarms, market rents, licence renewals, site inspections (building control), industrial rent, the Bond Scheme (housing) and the Prevention Scheme (housing) and a trade waste bin.

Miscellaneous

Choose miscellaneous to pay for one off payments such as the fee to transfer a licence. 

Housing rent payments

Choose housing rent payments to pay your garage rent.
