How to search for family and friends. 

Electoral register

If you are searching for a friend or relative, you can inspect the full electoral register at the council offices.

However, the electoral register is ordered by polling district, street and house number and not by name so if you do not have an exact address, you can search the open register using online commercial organisations.

We do not hold historic electoral registers for public search. These are available from:
