Garden waste service 2024 to 2025
About the service
You will be able to apply for this year's garden waste service from 1 April 2024.
The subscription year runs from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025.
Cost
The cost for this year's garden waste service is £42.50.
If you pay by direct debit
If you are an existing direct debit customer and you paid for your 2023/2024 sticker by direct debit, you do not need to complete the online form for the garden waste service; we will automatically take your payment on 1 April. You will receive your sticker by mid-May.
Paying by direct debit is the most efficient way to pay for the garden waste service.
If you pay by debit or credit card
If you pay by debit or credit card, you must renew the service every year.
Already have a bin? Renew the service
Have additional garden bins? You will be able to request up to three stickers in this form.
Your sticker
Note: your current sticker runs until 31 May 2024,but you can place your new sticker on your bin prior to June as soon as you receive it (to save storing it).
Don't have a bin?
You will be able to request up to three bins, with stickers, in this form. You will be able to use this straight away (allowing 10 working days for delivery from payment).

If you already have a bin and need to order an additional bin:

New residents
If you are a new resident to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough, you can order a garden waste bin for your new home from: Bins for a new home
To cancel the service
You can arrange to have your bin collected. You will also need to cancel your direct debit with your bank if you pay by this method. There are no refunds.
