Garden waste service 2025/26:

• Collections start from 1 June:
  • The subscription year runs from 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026
• You can subscribe from 1 April:
  • Please check back on or after this date if you wish to subscribe

Existing customer?

Your sticker will be valid until 31 May 2025 if you are subscribed to 2024/25's garden waste service.

If you pay by direct debit:

• Your subscription will automatically renew for the next service year of 2025/26
• You will receive your sticker by mid-May
• We will take your payment on 1 April

If you pay by debit or credit card:

• You will need to renew the service every year you wish to continue
• You can switch to direct debit payment if you would prefer the subscription to renew automatically

New residents

If you are a new resident to the borough of Hinckley and Bosworth, you can order a garden waste bin for your new home from 1 March.

To cancel the service

You can arrange to have your bin collected. You will also need to cancel your direct debit with your bank if you pay by this method. There are no refunds.
