By completing an incident reporting form, you can help make a difference to your community. The details you give us may help to take measures to reduce the anti-social behaviour affecting you.
When you report anti-social behaviour, we will ask for:
- The location:
- Exact location (address, street name and village, park or open space, car park, public toilet, nearest landmark)
- What3words location - You have the option of providing a What3words location (what3words.com)
- Incident details:
- Record all details of the incident accurately and truthfully: write down exactly what you see or hear. Record any speech word for word, no matter how distasteful
- Date and time of incident: if you provide multiple incidents, state whether the time is am or pm
- Suspects(s) details: if you recognise any suspects by sight, or by sound, provide their name and address. If you are not certain who the person is, do not make assumptions, but record their descriptions as fully as possible
