Home Energy Retrofit Offer (HERO)

If you are an eligible resident living in an energy-inefficient home, you can receive tailored support via a home visit to access grant funding or to assess your homes to identify suitable improvements.
The scheme aims to give residents knowledge and confidence to:
- Improve homes
- Provide affordable warmth
- Cut carbon emissions
The service will be promoting retrofit of homes. There will be advice events across the county from now until March 2025.
