New noise abatement notice on Mallory Park circuit

Further to the consultation undertaken in November/December 2024, a new noise abatement notice was served on Real Motorsports Limited (RML) who operate the Mallory Park circuit on 15 January 2025. The notice came into force on 6 February 2025. Following an appeal by RML, Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council (HBBC) is awaiting court dates for the hearing. During the appeal process, HBBC will revert to the noise abatement notice served in 2014.
