Communications survey

We wanted to hear what you thought about how we communicate with you and the method(s) you use to receive news and information from council services.

The anonymous survey asked you to feedback on various aspects of the council’s current communication methods, what method you prefer, and views on the different channels used.

Participants were also able to suggest new methods for communicating with the public and offer ideas on how to strengthen the council’s message.

The deadline to complete the survey was Friday 17 January 2025.
