Stray dogs
Charges
The following charges apply:
- £25 statutory stray dog fee plus £21.20 per day kennelling charge (irrespective of how many hours the dog has been at the kennels)
Once the dog has been taken to the kennels, it is the owner's responsibility to collect the animal after making payment to the council. If your dog requires veterinary attention whilst in our care, you will be liable for those charges as well.
Payment can be made to us by debit card or credit card and when this has been made successfully we will provide you with a release code to give to the kennels at Leicester Animal Aid (LAA).
