Our services
Our recycling and waste services, including collection days, are provided in our annual calendar and guide.
You can view and print your calendar online or if you would prefer us to send you a paper copy, please let us know. You can complete our waste services contact form or telephone customer services using the details below.
There are a few roads which cannot be viewed through this system. Where this happens you will be given the opportunity to fill in a form which will automatically be sent through to the support team. We will manually check the system and send the details to you.
We do make collections on bank holidays apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Please refer to your calendar for full details.
Please remember: all collections begin at 7am, including the recycling services. Please ensure your recycling/refuse is available by this time.
