Hinckley Town Centre Area Action Plan
Examination of the Area Action Plan
Following the consultation that took place between June and July 2010, the Hinckley Town Centre Area Action Plan (AAP) was submitted to the Secretary of State on 13 September 2010.
The Secretary of State appointed Siân Worden as the inspector to undertake the examination into the soundness of the document.
The hearing sessions were held between 14 December 2010 and 16 December 2010 at the Council Offices, Argents Mead, Hinckley.
The Inspector's final report (PDF), received by the council in March 2011, found the document sound subject to a number of recommended changes.
