Employment land and premises review
Overview
The Employment Land and Premises Study assesses the supply, need, and demand for employment land and premises (the B use classes) in Hinckley and Bosworth. The review has been carried out by the consultants BE Group to provide robust evidence to support and inform the council's emerging Local Plan.

- Considers the existing and future supply of employment land in the borough
- Provides a qualitative assessment of existing employment sites
