A Festive Feast for shoppers 2022
A Sunday food and craft market offering a selection of hot and cold food plus crafts, collectibles and gifts will be returning to Market Place around the town centre Christmas Tree in Hinckley.
This event takes place on Sunday 10 December, just in time for Christmas shopping. There will be around 45 stallholders at the event, which is open from 10am to 4pm, offering a range of goods including street foods, warming mulled wine and cider, crafts, gifts, collectibles. Visitors to the free to attend event will be able to enjoy live music from Richie Phillips and entertainment from Fosse 107 while they browse.
Executive Member for Leisure at the Borough Council, Cllr Mark Bools said:
Everyone loves a Christmas craft, food and shopping market, and I am delighted that once again we can put on this event. There is something for all the family. Enjoy a tasty treat, do some Christmas shopping and get into the spirit of the season. As a reminder parking is free in council car parks on Sundays so, please wrap up warm and come along and soak up the festive atmosphere.
The event is already sold out and stallholders attending include: Wood smoked BBQ, crepes, toasties and paninis, burger van, Bavarian swing grill, slow cured meats, Indian food, organic farm BBQ, German fried potatoes, hog roast, mulled wine, bottled gin, jams and chutneys, farm shop, churros, cupcakes, cakes & bakes, baking kits, gin bar, bubble waffles, chocolate bouquets, traditional sweets, speciality coffee beans, doughnuts, toasties and paninis, speciality cheese, barista coffee, pies to take home, spice kits, homemade dog biscuits, wax melts, handmade jewellery, hair accessories, paua shell jewellery, home fragrance, crafts and kits, folded book art, earrings, wax melts, bath bombs, metal crafts, handmade crafts, paper crafts, stained glass crafts, candles, beads, vintage goods, stained glass crafts, crafted elves, aromatherapy products, homewares, watches and more.
