Council launches communications survey

Published Thursday, 05 December 2024

A new communications survey has just been launched to find out more about how residents receive council news and services in Hinckley and Bosworth.

The initiative invites borough residents to share their valuable insights and feedback to help the Borough Council better serve the community by improving how information is shared and received.

The anonymous survey, which is available online and as a paper copy, and has also been posted to a random selection of residents seeking their opinions on various aspects of the council's current communication methods, for example what media they follow and the methods they wish to receive news and information. Participants can also suggest new methods for communicating with the public and the type of information they receive.

The deadline to complete the survey is Friday 17 January 2025.

Council Leader Councillor Stuart Bray said:

The communications landscape has changed drastically in the past five to ten years. I would urge residents to take part in this short survey to share their experiences and suggestions to help us to continue to reach everyone with the information they need however they prefer to receive it. I thank everyone in advance for taking the time to give their views.
