Sheltered and supported housing

About the homes available

If you're over 60, or over 55 with a medical condition, you may be looking forward to retirement now or in the future.

Whether that means putting your feet up or being busier than ever doing all the things you enjoy, your home should be somewhere that helps you to live your life to the full.

The majority of our purpose-built properties are exclusively designed for those aged 60 and above, or 55 and above with a medical need. You can choose to apply for an apartment or a bungalow that offers independence, low maintenance, increased security and a ready made community with scheme manager support.

Thoughtful features are built in to enable you to live as independently as you like, either socialising with others or enjoying the peace and quiet behind your own front door.

When a vacancy arises at any of our schemes, details of the rental cost for each property will be available on each advert along with information about what is included in the rent. Most properties are let on a social or affordable rent.

Please note that due to planning restrictions, Ambion Court – Market Bosworth is an over-60s scheme only and does not accept applications from people aged under 60, even if they have a medical condition.

Our homes are available to anyone over 60 or those over 55 with a medical need. You will need to join our housing register and apply for housing via our choice based  lettings system, but do go and have a look at any of the properties you may be interested in first. All properties benefit from our 24-hour call centre support. Some of our properties have full time scheme managers and others have part-time support co-ordinators. Our staff will contact you once a day, either personally or on the call system to ensure that all is well. They are the person on the spot who can help you to obtain a range of services to support your needs.
